Dustin Washington, Boys Head Coach- 17U Elite
Coach Dustin has been with BDA for over seven years. He came to us as a parent looking for basketball development for his son, Calin. As his sons development progressed he began to notice the positive changes in his skills and began acquiring basketball knowledge he had not known. This made him begin a love affair with the game and he took on a coaching position with the academy. Coach Dustin has become one of the top coaches on the entire BDA coaching staff. His knowledge of the game has grown tremendously and his passion for helping kids has set him among the coaching elite in the northwest.
Coach Dustin has many years for travel experience with our high school travel teams. His discipline and organization along with the attention to details has been a staple to our elite teams. As a mentor, he has brought stability and focus to every player under his care. His leadership ability with his players is quickly acknowledged by the parent and community.
BDA is thankful to have developed a talented coach in Dustin. He continues to coach and mentor our kids in the Seattle academy.
